By accessing or using Closing Bell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Closing Bell is a web-based trading journal application that allows users to import, organize, review, and analyze their trading activity. The Service includes features such as CSV imports, broker synchronization, trade journaling, analytics, and performance insights.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription ("Pro" plan). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled.

5. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload or enter into the Service. We do not sell your data. We store your data securely and use it only to provide and improve the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure, reverse engineer any part of the Service, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Closing Bell is a journaling and analytics tool. It does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are your own. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closing Bell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
